Ciabatta with Serrano Ham, Burrata and Pesto

A delicious sandwich for lunch! This ciabatta is especially good if you use baked ciabattas, so that the sandwich is still a little warm. The salty of the serrano ham and the creaminess of the burrata really dominate, very tasty!

Ingredients:

For two sandwiches;

  • 2 ciabattas
  • Serrano ham
  • 1 ball of burrata
  • Pesto
  • Pine nuts

Preparation method

  1. Cut the ciabattas in half and spread the pesto on the bottom part
  2. Roast the pine nuts and sprinkle them on top of the pesto
  3. Place 3-4 slices of serrano ham on each ciabatta
  4. Cut open the burrata ball and divide it between the two buns
  5. Sprinkle the burrata with pepper

Variations: Add some cherry tomatoes for even more flavor or leave out the pesto to emphasize the Serrano ham.j
